About the yoga classes

Yoga is an art, a science, and a philosophy of life. It is an ancient practice that combines asanas (postures) with a focus on breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to cultivate a state of well-being and health, deeply affecting the practitioner on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
There are many styles of yoga, each with its own approach and specific practice, which allows every person to find in yoga a practice that is accessible to their current state and moment in life, helping them improve it and reconnect with themselves.

About the Ashtanga classes
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic method of yoga that developed under the guidance of Pattabhi Jois. It seeks to synchronize movement with the breath, linking one asana to another through vinyasas or transitions where the movement flows together with ujjayi breathing.
It is a dynamic and intense practice, where each practitioner progresses at their own pace, learning under the guidance of a teacher.

Sobre las clases de Hatha Yoga Dinámico
Método en el cual exploraremos la permanencia en los asanas enlazadas unas a otras a partir del movimiento y la fluidez por medio de vinyasas.
Cada practica se adecua y se adapta a las posibilidades del practicante donde la respiracion es el vehiculo para la concentracion y obtener asi los beneficios de la practica del yoga

Martes y jueves 19 hs
