About Meditation

This space opens as a “circle” of gatherings where we can dive inward. The practice of meditation is personal and intimate, and it involves a journey within. At the beginning, it can be a difficult process to establish. That is why, in a shared encounter, supported by the group’s energy, this journey becomes easier and more accessible; it helps silence to settle and allows us to sustain it.
It includes guidance to prepare the body, and through breathing techniques and guided meditations we embark on the journey toward the inner self, toward self-realization.
The practice of meditation has profound effects and far-reaching repercussions on our lives — physically, mentally and emotionally.
…daily life of the person who practices it (even if only for a few minutes a day). It brings understanding and a state of gratification and well-being that affects both body and mind throughout the day. And above all, it is a practice of self-knowledge oriented toward truth — the truth of being. It allows us to recognize and “see” the divinity that resides within.
