About me

From an early age, I felt a deep curiosity for the library I inherited from my grandfather, especially the yoga books with photos of asanas. As the years went by, I couldn’t stop reading those books — I barely understood them, but they kept drawing me in.

It was at the age of 15 that I began taking contemporary dance and movement expression classes, and the awareness awakened by movement together with the breath led me to an inner place — the one that set my great journey in motion.

At 17, I became vegetarian, and the following year I moved to another city to begin my university studies in Anthropology at UNR in Rosario. That same year I started my Hatha Yoga practice under the guidance of Mohan Lliu, a teacher I followed throughout my eight years in that city. With great generosity, he awakened in me a love for the practice, respect for wisdom and tradition, and lit the light of this path, which I continue to walk to this day. Teachings on Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda were part of his gift.

In 2011, seeking to deepen my understanding of Ayurveda (at a time when there was very little information on the subject in Argentina), I completed a training in Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage and discovered an immense tool for self-knowledge and for being of service to others.
