The practice of meditation is personal and intimate, and it involves a journey within. At the beginning, it can be a difficult process to establish. That is why, in a shared encounter, supported by the group\u2019s energy, this journey becomes easier and more accessible; it helps silence to settle and allows us to sustain it. <br \/>It includes guidance to prepare the body, and through breathing techniques and guided meditations we embark on the journey toward the inner self, toward self-realization. <br \/>The practice of meditation has profound effects and far-reaching repercussions on our lives \u2014 physically, mentally and emotionally.<br \/>\u2026daily life of the person who practices it (even if only for a few minutes a day). It brings understanding and a state of gratification and well-being that affects both body and mind throughout the day. And above all, it is a practice of self-knowledge oriented toward truth \u2014 the truth of being.
